A 6-axis vertical articulated robot supplies and removes workpieces to and from two processing machines. The processing machines perform flat machining, taper machining, and burr removal on aluminum die-cast parts. The workpieces removed by the robot are transported to a cleaning unit via a pick-and-place unit, and after cleaning, the workpieces are inspected by an image processing unit.
